Here’s me being completely honest: there is nothing I’ll share with you that you couldn’t technically find for free on the internet. What the internet can’t provide are the things that actually make change stick.

First, accountability. I’m here to check in, celebrate your wins, help you course-correct when life happens, and support flexibility — not perfection.

Second, clarity. There’s an overwhelming amount of nutrition information out there, and not all of it is credible, relevant, or aligned with your goals. Together, we’ll cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters for you.

Third, real experience. Everything I guide you through is something I’ve done myself. I’ve lived it, learned from it, and understand what it’s like to apply these concepts in real life. While everyone’s journey is different, shared experience can be incredibly powerful.
